Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato en ciencias del Colegio Fiscal Riobamba , de la provincia de Chimborazo, ciudad de Riobamba, período lectivo 2012 2013

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of the present investigation has relation with: "The needs of formation of the teachers of baccalaureate the College of Fiscal Baccalaureate Riobamba, of the canton Riobamba, Chimborazo's province, and school period 2012-2013; the aim is to analyze those needs of formation. In agreement to the random simple sampling, they take part like polled, a sample of 61 teachers of a total of 72 teachers of baccalaureate. The realized study is of type investigation-action. The used instruments are the survey and questionnaire as technology and instrument of compilation of information. The results confronted with the theoretical frame indicate that the teachers consider important to qualify in theoretical practical form, principally in: the didactic possibilities of the computer science like help to the educational task; and, the elements of directive planning. According to these results one concludes that the educational institution must organize and realize a course of educational formation / training, in one of the subject matters before notable, so that they satisfy the interests and formative needs of his teachers.
