Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato en ciencias del Colegio Fiscal “RIOBAMBA”, de la provincia de Chimborazo, ciudad de Riobamba, período lectivo 2012 – 2013

Abstract

The purpose of this research is related to: The training needs of high school teachers of the Riobamba High School of Taxation, Riobamba canton, province of Chimborazo, teaching period 2012-2013; The goal is to analyze your training needs. According to simple random sampling, a sample of 61 teachers from a total of 72 high school teachers participate as respondents. The study carried out is of an action-research type. The instruments used are the survey and questionnaire as a technique and instrument for collecting information. The results confronted with the theoretical framework indicate that teachers consider it important to be trained in a theoretical and practical way, mainly in: the didactic possibilities of informatics as an aid to the teaching task; And, the planning planning elements. According to these results, it is concluded that the educational institution must organize and carry out a teacher training course, in one of the mentioned themes, in a way that satisfies the interests and the training needs of its teachers.
