Abstract

This project presents an exercise in social architecture for the city at the service of the Technical University of Loja in an architectural model of street furniture for the routes transportation routes offered by the University. Urban elements are classified as urban image modifiers allow the user to connect with the city supplying services to make life easier through the streets. In the first part historical records that show the evolution from the beginning of time and how these urban elements have improved the lives of the public spaces in their proper implementation is a study of the components and qualifying factors street furniture it is made to introduce a site analysis; where and how it can be run under the technical regulations is a bus stop in the public space. In the final part concerning the technical standards are set, to develop an urban element that allows the user of the service and the university have a useful element in which the Technical University of Loja to offer the city a technological urban product to service utepelino of the community, improving the image of the city.
