El Derecho a la Defensa en un Estado Constitucional de Derechos y Justicia

Abstract

This research work aims to identify whether there are violations of human rights by the lack of guarantees of the right to defense in a state constitutional rights and Justices, conducting a thorough investigation to verify compliance with the guarantees of fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution and international instruments, analyzing their impact in practice and whether there is a violation of the right to defense of the material of the accused during the preliminary investigation.
