Internet Service Providers (ISPs) play a very important role since they are the means by which users can access this service through various means, the most common being the use of telephone lines. The Technical University of Loja, in its eagerness to serve the community, is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) through UTPL.net for the southern region of the country. To efficiently manage an Internet provider company, it is necessary to interrelate a great human team and state-of-the-art technology, the quality of the service is very important since that depends on the success, this involves the attention given to the client, technical assistance etc. That is why IT resources play a very important role, through which they streamline processes and allow us to provide a good service in the shortest possible time. ACOUNT.net 1 has been created to streamline the processes used in the administration of Internet accounts in UTPL.net, which are currently carried out manually and using various computer applications. The development of ACOUNT.net comprises several stages: Description of the problem, which analyzes the real problems of UTPL.net; Solution of the problem, describes the most appropriate solution of the problem and each of the components it contains; Development of the solution, details the tools, methods and techniques used to obtain a final quality product, Validation Plan whose purpose is to evaluate silos results obtained comply with the requirements of UTPL.net, and finally describe the conclusions and recommendations that generated The development of this project.
