Abstract

Abstract: For many years, many projects have been carried out, trying to find a solution to the problem of housing, in the social sphere. These projects have been nothing more than a failed attempt. When talking about this type of housing and trying to give a solution has not taken into account that the target population of so many projects, present great needs, which unfortunately have not been given due interest. The project seeks to understand the needs of these families and from this to propose a pro-gressive housing that can respond to these needs, both use and economics. For this, analyzes, urban spots, construction systems, stages of self-construction, internal dis-tribution, how they prioritize their spaces have been performed; This analysis helped define what material is suitable for the project, how space should be distributed spatially, what physi-cal conditions should be followed.
