Reconstrucción histórico-virtual de la Estancia “Shushuhuaico”, fraccionamiento y desarrollo urbano.

Abstract

The current research is about the virtual architectural reconstruction of the home stays Shushuhuaico; the vernacular architecture was intrinsic to these units of farming and livestock production, which is placed inside of the basin of Loja; On the other hand, an analysis about the urban growth and development thereafter the home stays is made. The architecture within architects became in an own expression of people in the rural sector, showing different ways of inhabit our media, becoming in an important cultural heritage value. The purpose of this research is focused in keep the vernacular architecture in a virtual way, guaranteeing durability of the different ways of living of the rural people of the centuries XIX and XX. This technique of virtual reconstruction involves the use of digital technologies whose aim is to recover an object which has disappeared to later it can be widespread through the digital and communication technologies. Furthermore, the technique of virtual reconstruction will serve as a pilot plan inside our local media that allows to recover another heritages properties with high historic value
