Abstract

Abstract: The present work of graduation was held with the purpose to support the proper use of public resources in the Department of Social and Cultural Management of the Municipal Government of the Canton Atahualpa through the recommendations proposed in the Audit Report. In a complementary manner, the implementation of the audit in a GAD small with a limited budget for its management, allowed their authorities to enhance their level of efficiency in the Department intervened because officials based their decisions on the recommendations made and in this way its management is under a strict compliance with the law and legal provisions in force.
