Abstract

Abstract: This research is the culmination of an academic cycle comprising the implementation of the knowledge acquired during the study period. This thesis, entitled "Internal Communication Plan for Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton La Libertad" incurs the subject in a direct and concise manner how internal communication in an organization and influences the internal dynamics that this has developed. This paper reviews issues such as internal communication, management, communication channels, and organizational culture, among others. These topics are discussed in terms of the topic of study aims to contribute to the institution, so that internal communication has a true significance within and managing this is actually taken into account as an intangible resource for GAD The freedom. The methodology is raised in a mixed way; this is intended to take qualitative and quantitative aspects of research, which is reflected in the data, using techniques and tools such as interview and survey, in addition to the open observation and literature review. On a more practical and proactive aspect, this paper presents as proposed titration Internal Communication Plan for GAD La Libertad, the same general points that defines the communication management, scope, activities and costs that incur the application. In conclusion, this work provides academic contribution in the compilation of topics aimed at internal communication in organizations, also represents a contribution to the benefit of the internal public of that institution and, ultimately, the internal audience is who evidence the actions of employees of the institution.
