Plan de comunicación interna para el gobierno autónomo descentralizado del cantón La Libertad para el año 2014

Abstract

This thesis, called the "Internal Communication Plan for the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Canton La Libertad", addresses the issue in a direct and concise manner on how internal communication influences an organization and the internal dynamics it has developed, Such as: internal communication, management, communication channels, organizational culture, among others. The methodology is presented in a mixed way, with this aim was to take advantage of qualitative and quantitative aspects of the research, which is reflected in the data obtained, using techniques and tools. In a more practical and proactive aspect, this titling work presents as proposal an Internal Communication Plan for GAD La Libertad, which defines the general points of communication management, scope, activities and costs that the application will incur of the same. This work provides an academic contribution in the compilation of topics oriented to the internal communication of the organizations, in addition it represents a contribution for the benefit of the internal public of the aforementioned institution and, in the last instance, of the internal public who is who evidences the action of the Workers of the institution.
