Abstract: The present work of qualification has the objective of determine the existence of the responsibility of the Government, when it has approved a sanitary registry; the link between the Government and its role as the authority of consumer goods in the country. What is a sanitary registry, its importance and the responsibility the it means, for those who emit and use it, are key factors for the present investigation. Analyze whether the Government has responsibility for this document, which is, and what is the extend of it, are fundamental statements to develop, in order to accomplish the objective of this work of qualification. Besides, proposing guidelines for similar cases. Whether or not the damage exists, how to determine it and what it means for the Government, will be another topic to addressed in the present investigation, as well as analyses the value ad scope of rights and responsibilities.
