All this generated the sale and / or subdivision of properties, which in many cases do not exceed a 50-O m2 area, despite the fact that the commercial zone has been consolidated, with reinforced concrete houses, which with the growth of the population results Deficient, in addition to having caused problems such as: Tugurización, insalubridad, use of roads and increase of population densities, for that reason the municipality and having a Department of Planning and Control since 1998 has been committed to reorganize the sector and to diminish The population density.
Description: A inicios de los SO el Municipio sin tener todavía un Departamento de Planificación, determinó en la zona céntrica un espacio con aproximadamente 50 puestos destinado como mercado, lo cual le dio un nuevo uso de suelo a dicho lugar, por lo tanto los predios aledaños cue en su mayoría albergaban casas de madera y caña, ubicaron algún tipo de comercio en su interior. Todo esto generó la venta y/o subdivisión de predios, que en muchos casos no exceden un área 50-O m2, pese a ello se ha consolidado la zona comercial, con viviendas de hormigón armado, lo cual con el crecimiento de la población resulta deficiente, además de haber originado problemas tales como: Tugurización, insalubridad, utilización de las vías e incremento de las densidades poblacionales, por tal motivo el municipio ya contando con un Departamento de Planificación y Control desde 1998 se ha empeñado en reorganizar el sector y disminuir la densidad poblacional.
