Sistematización de las actividades desarrolladas en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en las prácticas docentes de la Unidad Educativa Santa Dorotea , del cantón Quito, provincia de Pichincha, Ecuador, periodo lectivo 2015-2016

Abstract

Abstract: The present work entitled systematization of the teaching practice developed in the Santa Dorotea High School of the city of Quito. School year 2015-2016, it is aimed to evaluate the results of teaching practice from the analysis of the stages of the didactic process to reorient, feedback and innovate the professional performance. In this research, it was found out little interest in investigating, assimilating and carrying out mental operations in order to develop skills with a criterion of performance. The lack of specification in the stages of the process and adequate usage of previous knowledge. The theoretical foundation was made through bibliographical research. The methods used for the field research were the following: analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive and the hermeneutic which allowed to and the weaknesses in order to innovate and correct them giving them interpret the data to analyze the results. This work permitted to get to know better the strengths, greater cognitive and methodological support. Also, it has helped to improve the organization of activities and resources. In conclusion by systematizing the teaching practice it is achieved a meaningful learning and quality professional performance.
