Abstract

Among other areas, the aim is to investigate and substantiate in this project the Civil Code, the General Code of processes and its regulation within the new framework of Ecuadorian legislation. Regarding the methodological guidelines and the search for other sources that allow to expand the information and the vision on the succession by reason of death, the survey will be applied and the direct observation that will provide important information as far as the vision and knowledge of the professionals Of the law; As well as the vision that has developed the project, based on the analysis of the data of the survey in relation to the theoretical foundations of the research topic. In order to obtain data and information collected it was essential to have surveys carried out with people involved in the legal field, allowing us to validate and establish a direct link with the object studied.
