Abstract

Abstract: Among other areas, it is a matter of investigating and supporting in this project the Civil Code, the General Code of processes and their regulation within the new framework of Ecuadorian legislation. Regarding the methodological guidelines and the search for other sources that allow for more information and the vision about the succession due to death, the survey and direct observation will be applied, which will provide important information regarding the vision and knowledge of the professionals of the Right; as well as the vision of the person developing the project, based on the analysis of the survey data in relation to the theoretical foundations of the research topic. To obtain the data and information collected, it was essential to have surveys carried out with people involved in the legal field, allowing us to validate and establish a direct link with the object studied.
