La mediación en la solución de conflictos de familia, niñez y adolescencia

Abstract

Abstract: Within this advocacy work, Mediation in the resolution of family, childhood and adolescent conflicts was investigated, for which we analyzed the different alternatives that we can use within a mediation process and that depending on the case and the circumstances are directed through the willingness of the parties to seek a solution, always framed by the subjection of a procedure in which the parties know and are soaked in the problem or conflict of interest and in turn the mediator has just learned about the problem and is an instrument that helps, collaborates to that the parties seek a positive result by reaching an agreement. Through theoretical-practical research, hermeneutics and theoretical study of the Political Constitution of Ecuador, Mediation and Arbitration Law, Childhood and Adolescence Code in accordance with the Mediation and Arbitration Law, we establish how it occurs in practice the resolution of conflicts, and the problem of the different conflicts within the family that are susceptible to mediation.
