Puesta en valor de las tradiciones que conservan los migrantes ecuatorianos residentes en Roma

Abstract

Cultural traditions and their expressions such as dances, songs, dresses, rituals, language, beliefs, food, games, stories, legends, etc. characterize the identity of a people or nation, which is created with the transmitted teachings from generation to generation to remain impregnated in the collective memory of a society, thus creating the characteristics that identify and distinguish one culture from another. The present work is focused on knowing the value of the cultural traditions maintained by the Ecuadorian migrants living in Rome, through which it was determined through surveys and interviews that there is a low knowledge and interest on the part of the second generation of migrants, which allows the creation of strategies that help to create, organize and publicize events as well as a guide to activities that help to know, preserve and keep traditions alive
