Abstract: ransport is essentially a service that allows activities to be carried out in places chosen for these purposes, with different locations. Just as sanitary water supply and sanitation systems represent another necessary service, transport systems and their corresponding terminals make it possible to The concentrations of people, companies and other institutions, carry out their activities in different places. The growth of the road network in a nation is an indicator of economic progress; Year by year the number of provinces, cities, cantons and provincial towns that have the need to communicate with those important cities is greater; Centers of production, cultural and religious commerce. Residents in cities have seen their job opportunities and social contacts widen as a result of shorter travel times currently possible. The mobility of the inhabitant of the city has also meant a greater variety in the recreation, and to pass outside the city a greater part of the vacations and many weekends; And for many it has made it possible to own a house in the city and another in the countryside or on the beach. Urban transport planning consists of structuring a system that communicates the inhabitants of different areas of a city among themselves or with the main places of a country by means of fast, efficient, comfortable and low cost means. Therefore, the movement of people and goods must be planned, controlled and regulated as well as the building that will house the buildings.
