Abstract

The present research deals with the principles and norms constitutional of the due process performing a review and analysis on its history, origin, concept and definitions in relation to them rights human and the right criminal; the violation of constitutional rights such as the right to due process, is also explain to the defense, to freedom and to effective judicial protection, an undue application of different procedural acts. The main objective of this work is the respect and compliance regarding their application that will ensure and protect the fundamental rights of all persons in a manner objective, timely and honestly, obtaining the correct application of different procedural acts, whose task is to operators of Justice and thus achieve an effective and efficient justice
