Abstract

Abstract: The main object of the study is to investigate and determinate which form of influence the comprehension and motivation for students and teacher has, to reach the acquirement of competence in lecture. This has been done at the 9th class in basic education of the Wilhelm Busch Gymnasium during the class period 2013-2014. Therefore we used a qualitative methodology based on the result of the interpretation and information received by a series of filled questionnaires from 13 students and 10 teachers of the subject institute. The result of the study in reading comprehension is limited because often the students have linguistic problems and the used literature text is uninteresting. This leads in a special way to de-motivation the students to read the lectures.
