Abstract

Abstract: The present research is a qualitative research whose general objective is the identification of negative attitudes, prejudices and stereotypes at an explicit and implicit level towards a sample of Afro-Ecuadorian population in the city of Loja using a qualitative methodology in conjunction with bibliographic, Descriptive, inductive, deductive, analytical synthetic, whose instruments were the sociodemographic record and interviews, were applied to 20 Afro - Ecuadorian people of the city of Loja and analyzed by the program Atlas. TI Finally, there is presence of attitudes, prejudices and stereotypes Negative, at an explicit and implicit level towards the Afro-Ecuadorian population.
