Identificación de factores de riesgos laborales psicosociales en trabajadores nacionales y extranjeros del sector sur del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito durante el año 2021

Abstract

Abstract:This researchtakes as its basis and main objective the need to identify the Psychosocial Risk Factors that affect national and foreign workers in the southern sector of the Metropolitan District of Quito, during the year 2020-2021. The sociodemographic and labor characteristics, the perception of discrimination, the levels of burnout in the selected sample, as well as their psychological capital and mental health, will also be analyzed. The topic is highly valid and topical since it provides significant results for themanagement of psychosocial risks in work environments.The study is structured in three fundamental chapters, the first presents the theoretical framework that addresses the main concepts and theories on the subject. The second is the methodological framework that defines the nature of the research and the instruments to collect and analyze the data. The third chapter presents the main sociodemographic results, psychosocial risks, social support among colleagues and the perception of loneliness, the national population registers higher levels than foreigners, the latter being considered a vulnerable population.
