Abstract:Information is one of the most important assets of an organization, which is why its management, protection and efficient management generate knowledge that helps to meet objectives. The technological progress of free software tools allows the implementation of web solutions to systematize processes. The mainobjective of this Curriculum Integration Work is to develop a web system using free software tools that allow the registration, selection and invitation of bidders to compete in housing construction processes owned by the Public Company Casa Para Todos EP. What will avoid the waste of resources, slowness, disorganization and data inconsistency. In this sense, SCRUM is reinforced as a development methodology, and Django as a development framework. As a programming language it conforms to Python. The database management system will be PostgreSQL. Finally, the validation and tests of the system were carried out and the conclusions and recommendations obtained in the development of this Curriculum Integration Work were shown.
