Propuesta de calificación y certificación energética del Edificio del centro de control para la operación y distribución de la energía, perteneciente a la Centro Sur, ubicado en la ciudad de Cuenca

Abstract:The EMPRESA ELECTRICA REGIONAL CENTRO SUR C. A. (EERSA) is leading the construction of a new building which includes the DATA CENTER, and the CENTER OF SUPERVISION AND OPERATIONS. This infrastructure demands an important energetic component, and most of the design criteria was not framed within a rational perspective and energetic efficiency. This research paper undertakes, from a theorical-practical point of view, to identify the passive and active elements of the building, and their energy consumption within the building. Also, it is pretended to emit the qualification end energetic certificate of the study case and based on a technical-economic analysis of improvements, to find the alternatives to improve the qualification end energetic certificate of the studied building. The methodology used for the analysis of the energetic performance of the building in case, is done by taking in base the refence done by audit companies made with the tools CERMA and CE3X.
