| Abstract: | Abstract:In the present investigation from the ethanolic extract derived from the hepatic-type bryophyte Isotachis serrulata, through the use of different chromatographic techniques, a pure molecule was isolated: Maltose; in addition to a mixture of two molecules: Isotachioside and Tachioside. Usingspectroscopic techniques, the isolated molecules were identified. Subsequently, the antimicrobial activity (CMI) was evaluated against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, in which it was not active for the applied bacteria. |
| Description: | Resumen: En la presente investigación a partir del extracto etanólico derivado de la briofita de tipo hepática Isotachis serrulata,mediante el uso de diferentes técnicas cromatográficas se logró aislar una molécula pura: Maltosa; además de una mezcla de dos moléculas: Isotachiosido y Tachiosido.Mediante técnicas espectroscópicas se realizó la identificación de las moléculas aisladas.
