| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract:The present research project entitled Academic Preferences of the Law School students and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, is focused on the study of the link of the rights identified in the study of linking the rights identified in the Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 of the 2030 Agenda promoted by the United Nations, with the rights described in Judgment No. 235-18-SEP-CC from the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, applying a systematic, analytical anddescriptive analysis of the relevant regulations. With respect to the aforementioned sentence, the Plenary of the Constitutional Court declares that there is no violation of constitutional rights, it is referred to the right to legal certainty contained in article 82 of the Constitution of the Republic and its process in the guarantee of motivation collected in the article 76 numeral 7, literal l) of the same legal body, rights correlated with peace, justice and solid institutions are mentioned in SDG N.16. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen: El trabajode investigación denominadoPreferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible -ODS a través del estudio de sentencias, se enfocaen el estudio de la vinculación de los derechos identificados en el ODS No. 16 de la Agenda 2030 promovida por las Organización de la Naciones Unidas ONU con los derechos descritos enla Sentencia No. 235-18-SEP-CC de la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador, aplicando un análisis sistemático, analítico y descriptivo de la normativa pertinente. Respecto de la sentencia citada, el Pleno de la Corte Constitucional declara que no existe vulneración de derechos constitucionales, se refiere al derecho de seguridadjurídica delartículo 82 de la CREy al debido proceso en la garantía de motivación consagrado en el numeral 7 literal 1 del artículo 76 del mismo cuerpo legal, derechos que están correlacionados con la paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas que menciona el ODS No. 16. |
