Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation was carried out to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law student to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization. Thus, it was possible to assess the skills learned during the degree in the subject of Civil Law, verifying that this is an area that contributes to solving global legal problems such as the existence of weak institutions and restricted access to justice by citizens.Civil Law has been a useful branch for the analysis of the relationship between Sustainable Development Goal 16 and the study of the selected sentence. Finally, it was possible to know the current limitations in the labor field of Civil Law, as well as the projections and opportunities that are being presented for professionals in this field, within the public and private labor market, especially as a result of the crisis due to COVID 19 pandemic. These challenges motivate the development of social co-responsibility practices as future professionals.
