Abstract: The work carried out has as reference to Sustainable Development Goal 3, which has been the basis for the choice of the sentence of the student whose subject the degree work will be carried out, and, likewise whose subject of preference has been based on Labor Law, which As a reference, it involves the Right to Health and Well-being, from which a deep analysis is made of their rights at risk to guardianship: health, access to the health system. Obtaining as a result the meticulous study of the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals in our present time, their influence and in this case focused on the right to health and a dignified life. With this thesis, it has been possible to understand the main objective of ODS, in the main framework of ODS 3, of which I will embrace to give ample clarification, and highlight the main sources of information on the subject, seeking to give a guide and indicate as a fundamental right influences and has great importance in society.
