Abstract

Abstract: The development of this research is structured in four chapters, which are summarized below: Chapter I involves the legal, theoretical and research foundation necessary for the design and implementation of the proposal, for this the collection of information is managed as the fundamental categories of both dependent and independent variables and defining the hypothesis. Chapter II details the statement of the research problem, describing in depth its causes and effects, it also analyzes the methods to be applied in the research, it also determines the population on which the instruments used for data collection were applied. Chapter III details the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained through the surveys, these results are shown both in tablesand graphs in order to have a better understanding of them. Chapter IV develops the proposal proposed in this research, from the informative data, background and scientific justification of the proposal.
