Abstract

Abstract: This research addresses the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals and their link with criminal law; and to make this connection, a specially selected sentence is analyzed to highlight the relevance of the action of the justice system to enforce the rights of people and punish those behaviors that put these rights at risk. In such a circumstance, the ODS and the sentence are framed in a palpable reality of ties that minors inthe world perceive.For this reason, the action of governments through programs that promote peace, justice,and solid institutionsfor the most vulnerable is of vital importance. In the development ofthe study, SDG 16 allows an end to abuse, exploitation, trafficking and all forms of violence and torture against children. In this way, it allows sustainability for the development of children whose rights have been violated. The sentence provides a solution and promotes access to justice and maintains the peace that society requires.
