| Abstract: | Abstract: In this paper we present several topics of analysis and enquiry, in principle, we find the 16 Sustainable Development Goals, goals issued by the United Nations in 2015 that aim to contribute to the world and ensuring an environment of peace and justice forcurrent and new generations. On the other hand, we analysed Judgment No. 365-18-JH/21 and accumulated on the personal integrity of persons deprived of liberty, this judgment has been broken down in order to be studied in parts; that is, its background, competence of the judges, rights violated according to the law, motivations and its resolution. All of this is then linked to one of the Sustainable Development Goals, number 16, which aims to achieve peace, justice and strong institutions.Finally, this paper details the academic preferences of the student, from which the reasons why the subject of Human Rights has been chosen are made known, as well as the possible paths that can be taken once the university degree is completed. |
| Description: | Resumen: En el presente trabajo se expone varios temas de análisis e indagación, en un principio, encontramos los 16 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, objetivos emitidos por las Naciones Unidas en 2015 que tienen como finalidad aportar al mundo y garantizando un ambiente de paz y justicia para las actuales y nuevas generaciones. Por otro lado, analizamos la Sentencia Nro. 365-18-JH/21 y acumulados sobre la Integridad personal de personas privadas de libertad, esta sentencia ha sido desglosada para poder ser estudiada por partes; es decir, sus antecedentes, competencia de los juzgadores, derechos vulnerados de acuerdo a la ley, motivaciones y su resolución. Todo eso, para posteriormente ser vinculada a uno de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, el ODS 16 cuya finalidad es alcanzar la paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas. Finalmente, en el presente trabajo se detallan las preferencias académicas de la estudiante, a partir de las cuales se da a conocer los motivos por los cuales se ha escogido la materia de Derechos Humanos, así como los posibles caminos que puede tomar una vez concluida la carrera universitaria. |
