Abstract: Inthis titling work, the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda created by the United Nations Organization in 2015, composed of 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which must be accepted and analyzed by all the countries of the world are analyzed. to achieve its full development, its background, importance, progress, implications and obstacles that have been faced to achieve compliance are analyzed.The subject of the present investigation is the academic preferences of the students of the Law Schooland its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) through the study of sentences, the chosen Sustainable Development Goal was No. 5, the which was linked to ruling No. 12203-2014-12508 of the National Court of Justice, as its main objective seeks to end forms of gender violence, discrimination, achieve female empowerment, access to education and technology, fight for rights of women and girls, avoid cruel treatment, to build a fair and equitable society to achieve the development of countries.
