Elaboración de platos biodegradables a base de hojas de banano y maíz

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this degree work is to create a company dedicated to the production of biodegradable dishes made from banana and corn leaves and their commercialization to fast food businesses in the province of Loja, thus contributing to the reduction of environmental pollution. Studies were carried out that allowed us to determine the viability of the project, we began with a market study, through which the interest of the fast food businesses in the city to acquire the product was analyzed, 40 businesses were used as a sample, which were restaurants and burgers of the city of Loja, from the survey carried out, the tabulation was carried out, obtaining positive results. The technical study allowed us to determine the market segment, and to whom we are going to direct the product, as well as having a clear production process due to the production demand, it is necessary to invest in the pressing machine, on the other hand, the financial study allowed determine if the project is profitable, obtaining as a result the NPV indicator and the IRR, recovering the investment in the second year, resulting in the viability of the product.
