| dc.description | Resumen: Este estudio destaca la sistematización de experiencias pedagógicas en el programa de formación docente de EFL. El objetivo del estudio es repasar y describir de manera detallada todo el proceso sistematizado que apoyó la formación de los docentes y que se llevó a cabo antes de egresar. El estudio se divide en dos fases, clases de observación que se llevó a cabo en una institución educativa que se encuentra ubicada en Quito, el promedio de estudiantes fue de 26 que pertenecen a primero y tercero de secundaria. La segunda parte de las prácticas que fueron clases presenciales se dio en una escuela pública ubicada en la ciudad de Playas en la provincia del Guayas, en educación básica, debido a la pandemia había 2 niñas, y había 12 estudiantes quienes participaron en el nivel secundario. El método descriptivo usado en este trabajo ayudó a proveer detalles sobre el desarrollo del proceso de sistematización. Además, los instrumentos que se utilizaron fueron listas de cotejo, memorias y planes de lecciones. Como conclusión principal, se verificó que el proceso de sistematización es una metodología eficaz que contribuye a potenciar la experiencia docente. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This study spotlights the systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program. The aim of the study is to look over and describe in a detailed manner the whole systematized process that supported teachers training and took place before graduating. The study is divided in two phases, observation classes that was carried out at an educational institution that is located in Quito, the average number of students was 26 who belong to the first and third grade of high school. The second part of the practices that was face to face classes happened at a public school located at Playas city in Guayas province, in basic education, due to the pandemic there were 2 girls, and there were 12 students who participated in high school level. The descriptive method used in this work helped to provide details about the development of the systematized process. Furthermore, the instruments that were used involved checklist, memories and lesson plans. As the main conclusion, it was verified that the systemization process is an effective methodology that contributes to enhance teachers experience. | es_ES |
