Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract: This work refers to the "Systematisation of Pedagogical Experiences", the activities carried out were the analysis of observed classes and teaching practice. In particular, this thesis has a qualitative approach, and its main objective is to systematize educational experiences, reflect on and analyse them in order to acquire new knowledge and improve the skills of future teachers. Based on the extracted data, a bibliographic analysis of the studies was made, in order to compare and examine the practical, observed classes and lesson plans. The analysis and interpretation of the teaching experience showed that lesson planning, modern methodology, the environment, teacher's skills, and learners' prior knowledge established the right conditions for the acquisition ofL2 in a natural way. Furthermore, it provides the pre-service teacher with the necessary tools to conduct an effective lesson. In conclusion, this thesis provides the trainee teacher with concrete information to understand the importance of designing a lesson in order to guide and improve students' language skills.
