Abstract:This research sought to identify the academic preferences of Law School students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences. A type of theoretical-deductive and projective legal research was adopted, with a socio-legal approach, with the application of systematic, exegetical, analysis and synthesis methods. It was concluded that the accused effectively framed his actions in the figure of an accomplice, since he participated in and was associated with the commission of the crime of rape. It should be noted that the accused incurred in complicity, because he carried out acts simultaneous to those of the direct perpetrator, which allowed the perpetration of the violation. It is recommended that the sentencer carefully explain the reasons why they lead to recognize the state of innocence of the accused, without considering his actions as an accomplice in the commission of the crime.
