Abstract

Abstract: This work is based on the study of the Sustainable Development Goals, especially on Goal No. 16, called Justice, Peace and Solid Institutions.These Goals were developed in 2015 and ratified by 193 UN Member States, developing the 2015-2030 Agenda.This Agenda is based on the global commitment to seek global goals and policies in the development and implementation of improvements in the quality of life of citizens. On the other hand, this objective called Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, without a doubt, is one of the most transversal for the development of humanity, guaranteeing lasting peace and above all having solid institutions, beyond the governments of the day. Guaranteeing the effective and independent functioning of the different institutions of the States is one of the greatest challenges of world society.The 2030 agenda is a first global commitment, assumed by the majority of the member nations of the United Nations Organization, it is important that there is such unanimity before this common project; and developing common goals and objectives.
