| Abstract: | Abstract: This survey, which analyzes judgment n° 057-.16-SEP-CC, and its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), has identified a link with goal 16 called Peace, justice and strong institutions. On the other hand, the relevance and the rights that are protected through this objective are analyzed, arguing the same through the legal bases and doctrinal contributions, which allows the formulation and application of the same. In this case, the sentence is described in detail from the legal foundations, this is how the work has an academic and doctrinal contribution in the presentation of the analysis and the relationship that runs in the identification of rights and national and international legal regulations. The applied methodology is a qualitative method, with a type of synthetic analytical research that allows carrying out case studies and obtaining information from bibliographic sources to support the arguments presented therein. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación que realiza el análisis de la sentencia Nº057-.16-SEP-CC, y su relación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), se ha identificado una vinculación con el objetivo 16 denominado Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas. Por otro lado, se analiza la relevancia y los derechos que se protege por medio de este objetivo argumentando la misma por medio de bases jurídicas y aportes doctrinarios, lo que permite la formulación y aplicación de este. En este caso, se describe en detalle la sentencia desde los fundamentos jurídicos, es así que el trabajo posee un aporte académico y doctrinal en la presentación del análisis y relación que se ejecuta en la identificación de derechos y normativa jurídica nacional e internacional. La metodología aplicada es un método cualitativo, con un tipo de investigación analítica sintética que permite realizar los estudios de caso y obtener información de fuentes bibliográficas para sustentar los argumentos presentados en el mismo. |
