Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: The following study aimsto analyze the systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program, which details all the pre-professional practices that were experienced during this participation program through the subjects of Practicum Académico I and Pasantías Preprofesionales I and II, atpublic institution located in the city of Puyo,Pastaza. Therefore, the objective of the investigation is to describe and reflect on pre-service teaching experiences. During the first stage, I participated as an observer andthen I describedfive different classes for Basic Education and Bachillerato. Secondly, I had to design five different lesson plans for EGB students, and then I worked as the main teacher for BGU classes. During both stages, a qualitative methodologywas applied along with different techniques and instruments such as videos, worksheets and lesson plans.As a result of this analysis, I strongly assure that this experience is one of the most important aspects of an educator ́s career. It is inside a classroom where a teacher can really become a professional in pedagogy and educate juveniles in the best way possible.
