| Abstract: | Abstract: The present study deals with the academic preferences of law students regarding the 2030 Agenda, approved in 2015 by the UN to establish global goals. In that line, the purpose of the study is to verify what causes influence students to choose their areaof professional development. For the research development, the following methods will be used: systematic, deductive theoretical review, analysis and synthesis, and exegetical. Regarding the sentence, it can be determined that there is no legal culture inthe citizenship that allows knowing the rights and the importance of the effective protection of the State to guarantee through its authorities the fulfillment of the law. Likewise, it can be deduced that students do not have certain reasons for the selection of their career, ranging from family tradition to the profit motive. It is also observed that students are attracted to the subject of the State of rights and justice, so many would consider specializing in the constitutional branch, thus, there is a certain detachment to labor law as they consider that it generally favors the worker. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente estudio trata sobre las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de Derecho respecto de la Agenda 2030, aprobada en el 2015 por la ONU para establecer metas a nivel global. En esa línea, la finalidad del estudio es verificar qué causas influyen en el estudiante para escoger su área de desarrollo profesional. Para el desarrollo investigativo se utilizarán los métodos: sistemático, revisión teórica deductiva, análisis y síntesis, y exegético. Respecto a la sentencia, se puede determinar que no existe en la ciudadanía cultura legal que permita conocer los derechos y la importancia de la tutela efectiva del Estado para garantizar mediante sus autoridades el cumplimiento de la ley. Asi mismo, se colige que los estudiantes no tienen razones certeras para la selección de su carrera, pues van desde la tradición familiar hasta el ánimo de lucro. Se observa también que a los educandos les atrae el tema del Estado de derechos y justicia, por lo que muchos considerarían especializarse en la rama constitucional, de ese modo, hay cierto desapego al derecho laboral al considerar que generalmente favorece al trabajado. |
