Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the degree work is the analysis of the study of sentences through the academic preferences of the students of the Law School and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), the research is developed providing the general and specific objectives , thus considering a hypothesis about the ability of the students and later using the systematic and exegetical methodology, by means of which the result is that the students are capable of solving any type of professional problem, the work is developed through chapters where the analysis and the relationship that the sentence has with the SDGs are detailed.Sustainable Development Goal No.16 is linked to a judgment of nullity of divorce in Civil and Civil Procedure matters with No. 00518-SEP-CC, dated January 3, 2018, in which the appeal for extraordinary protection action is filed before the Constitutional Court in an appeal ruling, the ruling is linked to SDG 16, since the rights violated are legal certainty and effective judicial protection.
