Description:	CourtConstitutionalofEcuador.(2021).JudgmentNo.36-19-IN/21,withODSNo.10,whichisrelatedto Reducinginequalitiesandensuringthatnooneisleftbehind,thisreductionininequalityisanintegralpartofachievingt heSustainableDevelopmentGoals.Mycontributiontothisresea rchi stherecognitionofthereductionofinequalitywithinthesentence in that the Constitutional Court analyzes the constitutionality of the thirdparagraph of article 155 of the Labor Code. The Court, accepts the public action ofunconstitutionalitypresented and resolves to declare the unconstitutionality due to thesubstance of the phrase subsequent to childbirth of the article challenged, by makingan unjustified distinction betweenwomen in period of lactation workers under the LaborCodeandpublicservantsundertheLOSEP(ConstitutionalCourtofEcuador,2021)
