Abstract

Abstract: The lack of information of the historical memory of heritage buildings with which the city of Loja has is the starting point of this research, therefore it is taken as a case study the Palacio Delgado house, built in the 20th century and which has undergone modifications over the years, it is for this reason that within this study a historical, constructive and spatial survey is performed with the help of software that allow us to make a hypothetical reconstruction of how the original house was, it is intended that with the help of 3D digital tools to be able to make known to the citizens of lojanothe historical significance of the buildings, since a memory of the house will be built, which together with the surveys will allow the development of a 3D tour which will help us to go into it and thus be able to have a more detailed view of its use and function over the years, thus preserving the historical character of the house.
