| dc.description | Resumen: La presente Sistematización de Experiencias Pedagógicas del programa de entrenamiento para la enseñanza de inglés como lengua extranjera, se desarrolló con el objetivo de compactar las partes más enriquecedoras del programa de EFL (English as a Foreign Language) y convertirlo en un proceso más eficiente; en el cual los resultados sean claros, presenten las fortalezas y debilidades al momento de enseñar y se puedan usar para un mejor desarrollo del entrenamiento profesional. Los estudiantes de 4to año de Educación Básica y de 1ero de Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Santa Juana de Arco fueron la población escogida para tomar la muestra, se empleó el método descriptivo, investigación de tipo bibliográfica y como instrumento una ficha de observación. La sistematización se desarrolló en dos momentos con la observación de la clase y como asistente del docente, lo que permitió rescatar varias conclusiones. El hallazgo más significativo se refiere al uso de una metodología enfocada en las TIC tanto en la observación como en las prácticas docentes, donde se utilizaron adecuadamente las actividades y los recursos; por lo que hicieron que los estudiantes estuvieran atentos en todo momento. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: AbstractThis work titled Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences of the training program for teaching English as a foreign language was developed with the objective of compacting the most enriching parts of the English as a Foreign Language (EFL) program and turning it into a more efficient process. The students of the 4th year of Basic Education and the 1st year of Baccalaureate of the Santa Juana de Arco Educational Institution were the population chosen as main sample. The methods used were the descriptive andbibliographical research methods. The main instrument used was an observation sheet. The systematization was developed in two moments with the observation of the class and as the pre-service teacher, which allowed to rescue several conclusions. The most significant finding deals with the use of a methodology focused on ICTin both the observation and teaching practices, where activities and resources were used appropriately; hence, they caused the students to be attentive at all time. | es_ES |
