Abstract

Abstract: The research work carries out the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), these Goals investigate a better impartial, equitable, equal and viable society for all, in this way we carry out a comprehensive investigation, linking it with the sentence and subject of our preference In the first place, an analysis is made on how important the fulfillment of the short-term objectives can become, then we make a detailed study on the sentence and the fulfillment of objective No. 5 that contemplates gender equality and empowerment of all women and girls, as well as on the doctrinal and legal references reflected in our sentence in the application of judicial decisions, on such important issues as discrimination against women. This ruling brings to light the reality in which many women live today, they are subordinated to relationships of machismo and are victims of constant violations of their rights. The public policies that Ecuador will face this social problem in the coming years are studied.
