Identificación del estrés en docentes de educación básica y bachillerato durante la pandemia del Covid 19, del sector sur de la ciudad de Quito en el año 2022

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research work was to identify stress in high school teachers private institutions in the San Rafael sector, in the city of Quito, during the pandemic of Covid-19, period 2022. The research methodology was quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive, which allowed measuring and analyzing the variables in a single period of time, statistical form describing the specific characteristics of the sample supported by the psychometric tools such as questionnaires to measure stress, inventories of mental health, questionnaires to measure techno-stress and coping strategies that individuals can use under conflict situations. It is concluded that teachers do not They present alarming levels of stress, except 10% of them. But the existence is evident of considerable moderate levels for burnout in 25%, which indicates a process degenerative that can lead to a greater number of teachers experiencing levels of high stress.
