Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: As a research topic, a systematization of pedagogical experiences was carried out in the foreign language teacher training program, the objective was to describe and analyze the process of experiences in educational practices and observe the learning that is obtained from these, these practices were carried out in a school in Quito, Ecuador to primary, and for secondary, six students of the same age met to receive classes. Due to the pandemic, this entire process was done online. This systematization began with the investigation of various topics related to the learning a foreign language. During this process, the tools used were the analysis of the population and the study plans that were executed. The same way, planning, linguistic aspects, time management and methodology of lesson plans and implementation to observe the strengths and weaknesses to improve. In conclusion, this systematization project was carried out to demonstrate how the planning, linguistic aspects, time management and methodology help teachers to achieve the objectives set in each lesson.
