Abstract

Abstract: The present investigative work includes the analysis of the sentence of the National Court of Justice, that through the Appeal, verifies if there is a violation of the rule alleged by the appellants, who have not identified the means of evidence that they consider to have been wrongly applied by the Court of Appeal, within the Revocation of Donation process initially aired in the Judicial Unit of the El Carmen canton; lawsuit that has been the subject of several appeals so that it is finally resolved by the Court of Cassation, ending this process in the ordinary way. In this line, the research helps the graduate of the law degree to identify the assessments and decisions made in the judicial rulings of the different instances, which will allow you to better understand the objective and nature that the legislator has established in the rule on resources; in this way, an important contribution is made to the progress of Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, established within the 2030 Agenda.
