Abstract

Abstract: Human beings grow permanently in all their dimensions. One of these is in the educational sphere. This educational sphere is fundamentally linked to the diversity, variety and plurality of learning in terms of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). In view of the use of teaching-learning tools and techniques, it is considered convenient and useful to investigate: What is the learning richness of storytelling as a pedagogical technique in the education of high school students? This research proposal is carried out with the purpose of promoting the study, specific, delimited and concrete knowledge about the use of the technique that improves the teaching of high school students. As a methodology, the survey technique was used, which consists of making appropriate use of questionnaires on a structured, semi-structured basis and consulting on the knowledge and specific use of the storytelling technique. The results of the sample indicate that there is a lack of knowledge of this pedagogical technique and its respective application. As a consequence, there are academic possibilities to apply storytelling in the current educational environment.
