Análisis de la modalidad de teletrabajo y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral para la empresa Costamarket S.A. 2021

Abstract

Abstract:The investigation deals with an analysis of the teleworking modality and its incidence in work performance in the company "Costamarket S.A.", considering that in the year 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the country's organizations had to adopt this modality of work, in order to protect the health of the personnel, avoid the closure and bankruptcy of the companies giving continuity to their production and marketing processes, and not lose the job. The purpose of the study is to determine the incidence of teleworking in the productivity and work performance during the time that teleworking lasted, for the purpose A diagnosis was made, applying a questionnaire to fifteen employees. The results obtained were that the majority of the staff knows ICT, the majority did not receive training, but if the support of their superiors; the factors that influenced their performance were the distance, distractions at home, access to office equipment, among others, what which affected their job performance. At the end, some strategies are presented to improve the work performance in telework.
