Salud mental en trabajadores sanitarios durante la pandemia de COVID-19 en Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation arises with the intention of making visible the mental health that health COVID-19 left as a consequence in the health personnel, being important to study each related variable in order to prevent and act on each affected dimensión, making known future investigations the prevalences obtained. In this studio. to determine the mental health status of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in the southern sector of the city of Quito in 2021. As a methodology, a non-experimental desing is used, of a descriptive, quatitative and cross-sectional type, evaluating a sample of 44 health professionals. As an instrument, the Ad Hoc sociodemographic questionnaire, MBI-HSS, DASS-21, AAQ-II7, UCLA-3, PSQI, was used. Among the results, it was obtained that the majority have suffered different emotional symptoms in lesser proportionality, bus there was a group in which they obtained a low personal fulfillment with low and obtained a severe leve lof anxiety.
